We make sure the entire process is streamlined and efficient. You contact us to discuss your installation requirements and we’ll arrange for a free site survey to take place. During this site visit, an expert member of our team will carry out a thorough risk assessment for your workers and contractors, identifying the areas where you could improve. All height safety systems will be identified at this point.
After the site survey, we’ll be able to give you a complete, no-obligation, no hidden fees quote for the design and installation of the safety systems you require. Once that’s agreed, we’ll carry out the system design according to all relevant regulations and standards to ensure full compliance.
Once designed, our highly-skilled installation engineers will take it from there. Installing the system according to the design specifications and your site needs, before then testing the system to guarantee safety. Again, the installation takes place with full compliance with all regulations and standards in mind.

Once your height safety system is installed, problems can still occur. When a system is used frequently or in an incorrect manner, or simply when general wear and tear or weather conditions impact performance, you might find your safety system in need of repair. That’s where we come in.
We’ll repair ANY height safety system – even ones we didn’t install ourselves (so you didn’t pick us the first time – everybody makes mistakes, right?). And our repair system couldn’t be more straightforward.
First, you call us up and let us know about the issue. We’ll then arrange for a site visit as soon as possible (and we’ll tell you to take the system out of action in the meantime to protect your workers). Once on site, our repair team will assess the situation. If possible, the repair will be carried out on site, but this isn’t always possible if the damage is extensive or specialist support is required. In these cases, we’ll act as quickly as possible to get your system back up and running again as soon as we can.
All repairs are carried out to restore your system to full compliance again and we’ll fully document everything that’s been done to get your system back up and running. This leaves an important paper trail that proves your responsibility as the duty holder and our accountability as the repair system. Essentially, we’re attaching our name and longstanding excellent reputation to the repair, so you can be confident it’s a repair we stand behind fully.
