If your eyebolt and rope access system has not been compliance tested by a competent person within a 12 month period, they should be tagged strictly with ‘do not use’ and be taken out of action. If missing or loose fixtures are found before this, or any other sign of the eyebolt being worn or damaged, then it should also be tagged as ‘do not use’ and taken out of action until an expert team like ours is able to inspect, fix, or replace it.
