The testing of davit systems is essential to ensure their continued safe use. Davit arms should be tested twice annually to ensure they are compliant & safe to use as heavy load bearing fall protection systems.

Davit arms are used where there is a requirement to suspend a load over a roof edge, parapet or glazing system. The majority of applications which we encounter are for the suspension of personnel in the form of either an abseil or cradle systems. They act as lifting equipment and façade access systems typically, meaning they’re responsible for your workers lives.
