Before launching Altus, Mark and Simon had delivered projects for some of the UK’s leading working at height companies across commercial, industrial, retail, infrastructure and public sector environments. Between them, they have nearly 40 years of combined experience covering complex roof access systems, fall protection installations, testing, inspection and compliance management for major national organisations.

That experience helped shape the approach Altus is known for today. Today, Altus Safety supports businesses across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland with fall protection systems, fall arrest systems, mansafe systems and roof access systems. The company provides installation and repairs, testing and inspection, maintenance and compliance support across facilities management, construction, manufacturing, education, logistics, retail, private and public sector estates.

Since launching in 2016, Altus has grown into a nationwide team delivering work on high profile and technically demanding sites, including Buckingham Palace for the Royal Household, Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station, BAE Systems, IKEA, John Lewis & Partners, Premier League football stadiums including Liverpool, Aston Villa and Fulham, and the redevelopment of the Commonwealth Games Aquatics Centre.
